According to Suyudi, Sleman regency, that is rich of natural potential, both its tourism and traditional cuisine, can be the mainstay of this regency which carries the Slogan “Sleman Sembada”. The appearance of Mushroom dishes, other than improving people’s economy, it is also expected to be the icon of Sleman regency.
Meanwhile, owner of mushroom plantation, Agus Purwianto, said that, in its first year, the Mushroom plantation tries to improve its service, Human resources, as well as develop other kinds of Mushroom businesses. Mushroom can be processed into chips, fried cassava and Mushroom chips, Mushroom Tongseng, Mushroom Satay, Mushroom Noodle, and other dishes which are High-Calorie and Low-Cholesterol.
