The ceremony of the shift of caos Jaga Regol was held in a modest manner, in the entrance gate of Kadipaten Pura Pakualaman, marked by the giving of the flag of Kadipaten Pura Pakualaman, from the previous gurad to the new guard.
According to Mas Lurah Wiro Sasongko, the transfer ceremony of caos Jaga Regol, which is held every saturday evening of pahing, other than being the duty of the guards, it is also to anticipate Tingalan Dalem Sri Paduka Paku Alam the eighth, who was born in saturday evening of pahing.
