Soccer and Futsal Ball handicraft industry, is currently overwhelmed by orders. this handicraft is, in fact, still surviving in Karangsari village, Bener subdistrict, Purworejo regency. There are approximately ten Ball craftsmen who are trained to make balls.
In a simple house in Karang sari village, Bener subdistrict, there are around ten soccer Ball craftsmen. the craftsmen are busy finishing up the ball making, because there are many orders that come. in a day, one Craftsmne can make two to three balls.
One of the craftsmen/ Aziz, admitted that, he has been occupying the soccer ball making for four years. In a day, Aziz can produce two to three soccer balls. each ball is priced four thousand rupiahs.
With simple equipment, that are, needle, thread. and two pieces of wood, the craftsmen keep on sewing soccer ball until it is shaped into a Good Ball. The price for one soccer ball reaches seventy five thousand rupiahs, meanwhile, the price of Futsal Ball is around forty thousand to sixty thousand rupiahs.
